To participate in this event the interested Universities have to register before hand. During the event the Universities will show their items at the stalls. The facilities that will be provided over registration are as mentioned:

Project Stall: 6000 BDT.
- Interested institution has to register before 19th February 2009.
- In each stall almost 5 projects can be displayed. At most 3 students can display one project.
- Projects have to be ICT, mechanical and Architecture related.
- Our judging panel will evaluate projects. The decision of the Jury will be considered final regarding the evaluation.
- A paper, consist of detailed project design and the project development team have to be submitted during registration. The size of this paper is not more than 6 pages.
- For registration, interested universities have to send the project papers & the registration fee in form of cash or Bank draft in the following address. The Bank Draft should be made to “North South University”.
